About Us

You would be hard-pressed to find a more dynamic team of mortgage professionals! Bonita Clifton and Reina Brabant have combined 44 years of mortgage experience, underwriting, packaging and closing quality loans.

Bonita started her career in 1992 as a loan processor at a Marin County mortgage brokerage. She has held a variety of positions throughout the years such as processor, loan servicer, doc drawer, assistant to a top producing loan originator, and for the last 26 years has been a high producing loan officer. She prides herself in her ability to find solutions to challenging scenarios, and on her vast knowledge of agency, non-agency, and government guidelines.

Reina started as a loan processor in 2012. During her time as a processor she developed an in-depth understanding of the loan process, loan packaging, and underwriting guidelines which serves as a critical component to her success as a loan officer. She prides herself on her impeccable communication and organizational skills. Her attention to detail, ability to anticipate customer needs and great people skills assures you a smooth and seamless closing.

We work on every loan together, as a team, adding value to the services provided. We both stay apprised of each loan and scenario, so you can be certain that there is always someone available to answer your questions or attend to your needs.
