3 Whys Consulting is a human resources services provider specializing in individually customized solutions for businesses.

Human Resources is increasingly complex and can create risk for companies who are not proactive, making an HR Consultant a vital part of your business. You get the support you need and so do your employees.

I have a passion for the people side of businesses culminating from more than two decades of working with and in companies all over Northern California and Nevada.

There are three motives why I chose that name… Empowerment, Stewardship, Community.

After many years of employment as an HR professional, I felt drawn to go start my own business and provide services to many companies rather than just one. There are countless companies that have a necessity for an HR professional but don’t have the budget or need for a full time employee. That is where I come in…3 Whys Consulting is just how it sounds.

Since launching 3WC’s, I have had the opportunity to work with a vast variety of businesses; large and small. Each company has had different challenges and required a variety of HR expertise. It is my mission to dedicate myself to supporting them through the labyrinth that is human resources while helping to remove the negative stigma that often is associated with the HR role.
